LAHORE: Income tax tribunal has waived the tax of Pakistan cricket team Captain Misbah ul Haq. The tax was imposed by FBR in 2011.
The Federal Board Revenue had issued an income tax notice of Rs3.7 million to Misbah who pursued the case. Later on Income Tax Tribunal waived his tax after investigation.
The tribunal has also waived the tax of test cricketer Azhar Ali. FBR issued a notice of Rs 1.4 million to Azhar Ali.
