KARACHI: The Federal government is taking steps to improve tax system. Penal servitude of 14 to 20 years was suggested for tax defaulters but the final decision has not been taken in this regard. The federal government is bearing a loss of billions of rupees. However, the federal government will soon introduce strict policies and a stern action will be taken against tax defaulters.
