Federal Service Tribunal disposes of cases filed against FBR

ISLAMABAD: Federal Service Tribunal disposed of cases about ‘increment’ and special allowance filed against Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). FST bench comprising Members Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed heard the case.

On 31.8.2018, the bench heard arguments on case of ‘implementation’ and ‘increment’ complaints filed by employees Muhammad Boota and cases filed by M Waheed, and others. They bench disposed of M Waheed’s matter.

Same bench also disposed of special allowance filed by Rasheed and disposed of the case with directives to the department to hear the appellant’s appeal pending before board’sadministration.

The bench also dated in office cases submitted by Waseem Iqbal, and Said Hussain Abbasi had filed complaints on ‘Implementation’ while AbdulSattar had submitted a complaint about ‘Withholding of three increment’.
