ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal on Wednesday reserved a decision of case filed by an employee of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
Tribunal’s division bench comprising Dr Nazir Saeed, Syed Muhammad Hamid and Ishtiaq Ahmed heard the case regarding ‘contract of appointment’ and reserved decision after completion of arguments from both sides. Muhammad Shauqat Hayat, the petitioner, had filed the petition through his counsel M Yaqub Javed.
The petitioner had submitted plea, seeking details of ‘contract of appointment’ at his working institution.
