FIA arrests a notorious human trafficker

LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested a human trafficker in an operation in Faisalabad.

Sources told Customs Today that the anti-human trafficking cell of the agency raided a locality in Faisalabad and arrested an accused Khawar Nazir son of Muhammad Nazir, a resident of Sabri Road GM Abad.

The FIA Faisalabad arrested the accused and registered an FIR # 60/2014, under section of 17/22 Eo 1979,

He received Rs 153,000 from complainant Muhammad Shafique. The arrested accused was involved in sending many abroad on fake documents.

FIA has registered cases against the culprit under sections of human smuggling and fraud with citizens. FIA also recovered passports and currency of different countries. FIA has shifted them to unknown place for further investigation and prosecution.
