LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency’s anti-human trafficking cell has arrested a Philippine woman on human trafficking charges.
As per details, the FIA received complaints against Janeth Ramilo alias Lorvi, Filipino national holding POC No 608352-100131-2 regarding the human trafficking. The officials raided here office, Ammar Associates, Paradise Centre Defence, Lahore and arrested her.
The accused was allegedly involved in human trafficking from Pakistan to Philippine and also extorted Rs 150,000 from complainant named Junaid Mehmood. FIR No 932/2016 has been registered against her, while further investigation is underway.
