FIA arrests four notorious human traffickers in different raids

LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested four notorious human traffickers wanted in many cases of fraud and human smuggling. Among others who were arrested are two land route agents and two main accused.

Sources told Customs Today that an accused Muhammad Fiaz son of Nawaz who is a resident of Gujrat was arrested by FIA authorities in a raid. He is involved in sending innocent people through very dangerous way of land route. He is nominated in FIR No 565/16, dated 10.06.16, under section 17 (1),22 (b) EO1979, 3/4 HTO 2002.

In another action, the FIA has arrested accused Muhammad Riaz son of Nawaz resident of Gujrat who is also nominated in FIR No 565/16, dated 10.06.16, u/s17 (1), 22 (b) EO1979, 3/4 HTO 2002.  Another accused who is identified as Rafique Masih son of Rehmat Masih is a resident of Gujranwala and nominated in FIR No 529/16, dated 01.06.16, u/s 17/22EO1979 has also been arrested.

Another accused Mukhtar Ahmed son of Rasheed Ahmed who is a resident of  Gujranwala is also nominated in FIR No 612/16, dated 28.06.16.
