FIA arrests two suspects running unauthorized travel agency

SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) officials claimed on Wednesday to have arrested an unauthorized travel agent and recovered dozens passports, driving licenses, medical reports, fake educational degrees for visa purpose, and CNIC from his possession.

As per details, FIA Inspector Sajjad Bajwa raided the travel agency located on Shahbpura Road and asked the owners, Kahwaja Najjam and Nadeem, to show his license but he failed to provide any plausible justification for possession of above said passports and other articles which were recovered from his possession.

The accused Kahwaja Najjam and Nadeem arrested on the spot. During interrogation accused disclosed that the obtained passports were meant for the issuance of tickets.

A case under Section 6 Passport Act 1974 has been registered against the accused and investigation has been entrusted to AHTC Gujranwala.
