FIA devises plan to arrest notorious human smugglers

SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has made a plan to nab human traffickers-cum-proclaimed offenders and red book suspects.

FIA Director General FIA Ghalib Ali Bandesha has given this task to all officers concerned and will get help from Nadra and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) for this purpose.

In the light of orders, Gujranwala FIA Deputy Director Khalid Anees constituted teams to arrest about 360 human trafficker-cum-proclaimed offenders and 32 red book suspects.

It is learnt that Deputy Director Khalid has given the task to all investigation officers to apprehend at least three human traffickers and one red book accused each.

However, the FIA higher authorities will provide all reasonable resources to investigation officers and teams whereas the letters will be written to Nadra and PTA for cooperation.
