Field Information Unit Khushab impounds non-duty paid Toyota Fielder

FAISALABAD: Faisalabad customs Field Information Unit Khushab seized non-duty paid Toyota Fielder. The market value of seized Toyota Fielder is Rs 1.2 millions.

Sources told Customs Today that Additional Director Customs Intelligence Ms Azmat Tahira received credible information regarding non-duty paid vehicles which are plying on the roads in Khushab.

After receiving the tip of she immediately formed a raiding team comprising Choudhary Saeed Hayat, Muhammad Ilyas (intelligance officer), and Muhammad Shabaz, Muhammad Tariq and Muhammad Ashraf (sepoys ).

The intelligance intercepted a Toyota Fielder car bearing registration No. BT-491 Islamabad model 2002 as per seat belts near Mosa Khail district of Mianwali.

The FIU team asked accused person who was identified as Shah Nawaz son of Muhammad Sarfraz to produce legal documents regarding possession of Toyota car but he failed to provide the same. The FIU seized the car and registered a case against the owner of the car.
