ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) on Thursday adjourned the hearing of a case carrying complaint regarding promotion at the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
A division bench of the FST comprising Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi heard the matter and adjourned the hearing for further arguments. Najeeb Hussain, an employee of FBR, had filed the petition.
The same bench of the FST would hear a case of similar nature against the FBR on Friday (today) too. This case was filed by Shaukat Hussain and sought early hearing of the case.
