FST adjourns hearing of petitions filed by FBR employees

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) has adjourned the hearing of several petitions filed by employees of hte Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) against the department and the Finance Division.

A division bench of the Federal Service Tribunal comprising Members, Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Muhammad Hamid, heard around 12 cases. The bench, after hearing the appellants’ arguments, adjourned hearing until third week of May. All of the cases were carrying matters seeking “withholding of three increments”.
