FST adjourns several cases for third week of September

ISLAMABAD: Federal Service Tribunal (FST) heard limited numbers of cases during last week of August and adjourned hearing till third week of September.

Three division benches of FST comprising Members Syed Rafique Hussain Shah, M Arshad Bhatti and Javed Iqbal Kasi; and Ishtiaq Ahmed and Nazir Saeed heard as many as four the service matters and adjourned hearing for further hearing.

Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and M Arshad Bhatti heard the case filed by Shoukat Ali. He had filed review petition before the tribunal in order to attain relief against the already given decision of the tribunal.

M Arshad Bhatti and Javed Iqbal Kasi’s bench heard the petition filed by Abdul Ghafoor. Abdul Ghafoor had filed petition for implementation and had prayed the tribunal to ensure implementation by the concerned department in his case.

Ishtiaq Ahmed and Nazir Saeed heard the service matter filed by Muhammad Bashir and Muhammad Ashraf. Both of these appellants had also prayed the tribunal to get its earlier decision implemented.
