FST benches will hear cases filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of Federal Service Tribunal to hear plenty of cases filed against Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) carrying matters relating to promotion, and transfers on Wednesday.

In this regard, few cases would be heard by FST divisional bench comprising tribunal Chairman Justice (r) Syed Zahid Hussain and Muhammad Hamid.

They will hear transfer case filed by M Sharif Awan, regularization of acting charge case filed by M Yasin, and cases filed by Muhammad Saleem and Anwar Zeb.

Similarly, Ishtiaq Ahmed and Dr Nazir Saeed would hear complaints on promotion, filed by Ghulam Akbar Chandio, Riazul Haq, Sohail Ahmed Qureshi, Sajjad Ahmed, Shabbir Ahmed Nasir, and Saleem Akhtar. The bench would also hear a case filed by Hakim Ali Soomro carrying increment matter.
