FST benches will hear complaints against FBR today

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) will hear plenty of cases carrying complaints against the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Tuesday (today).

A division bench of the FST comprising members, Muhammad Arshad Bhatti and Muhammad Javed Iqbal Kasi, will hear petitions carrying complaints on promotion and suspension matters.

Appellants, Gulraiz Ahmed Raza had filed plea against his suspension while Amjad Farooq, Naveed Ali Khan, Shahzad Muhammad Aamir, Gohar Ali, Asim Muhammad, Mehboob Ali, Waqar Ahmed, Sayyar Ahmed, Khan Hameed, Adam Khan, Noor Hussain, Muhammad Mukhtiar and Fazal Hussain had filed complaints about promotion before the tribunal.

Another FST bench of Members, Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Dr Nazir Saeed would hold hearings on Abida Aslam Rathor’ plea on reversion, Noureen Safna’s plea on discharge from service, Asif Jamal’s plea on promotion and Muhammad Aslam’s petition about promotion and regularization
