FST benches will hear complaints filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of the Federal Service Tribunal will hear complaints of the Federal Board of Revenue’s employee regarding implementation of the FST orders on Friday (today).

The FST bench comprising members, Arshad Bhatti and M Javed Iqbal Kasi, would hear the matter. The FBR employee, Muhammad Saleem had filed the petition for implementation of the FST decision given on his petition filed in 2012. The FBR had yet not filed objection over recently filed case.

Meanwhile, another bench of FST comprising of Syed Zahid Hussain and Syed Rafique Hussain Shah would also hear case of similar nature.

This case was filed by Abdul Hakim Khan, who is also an employee of the FBR. He has also complained against lethargic conduct of FBR for not implementing FST’s decision.
