FST directs FBR to implement up-gradation pleas of 19 employees

ISLAMABAD: Federal Service Tribunal (FST) on Friday directed FBR member administration to implement on the pending applications of employees for scale up-gradation within three months.

FST Division Bench comprising of Members Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Syed Muhammad Hamid issued directives and disposed of 19 petitions filed for the purpose by FBR employees.

The tribunal was hearing the petitions filed by Jan Muhammad Afridi, Syed Ibad Hussain, Ziaul Haq, Habibur Rehman, Amanullah, Ghulam Muha ud Din, Niaz Muhammad, Muhammad Safeer, Hudayatullah, Muhammad Ali, Zar Naseeb, Rahim Khan, Yamen Khan, Muhammad Ibrar, Muhammad Anwar, Jan Nisar, Pervez Masih, Guldad Khan and Sarfraz.

The appellants had submitted before the tribunal that they were aggrieved by non-consideration of their departmental application and representation, dated July 13, 2015, for up-gradation from BPS-3 to BPS-5, sepoy from BPS-5 to BPS-7, driver from BPS-7 to BPS-9, notice server from BPS-3 to BPS-5, baliff from BPS-2 to BPS-4, and others.
