the FST headquarters in Islamabad had decided 436 cases in January alone and remained on the top among all stations/offices in disposal of cases.

On the contrary, Quetta city office had decided only nine cases in January. Hence, it carried the lowest number of disposals among five stations of FST.

Karachi office had dispose of 27 services matters, Lahore office 52, and Peshawar office had decided the fate of 74 service cases related to all governmental institutions.

FST senior official stated that Islamabad had led the disposals and hearings of cases as the FST office here received the majority complaints by government servants. “As the city resides large number of government officials, therefore the FST Islamabad office has to entertain the matters most”, FST officer said.

He also mentioned that Quetta office heard the least cases since it received least numbers of service-related complaints.
