FST division bench will hear 12 cases filed by FBR employees today

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST) will hear 12 cases on Friday filed by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) employees.

The FST division bench comprising members, Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Muhammad Hamid, would hear the matters seeking “withholding of three increments”.

Kifayatullah Khan, Syed Ashfaq, Atta Muhammad, Malik Aman, Muhammad Zaman, Farid Khan, Muzzafar Khan, Asmat Kamal and others had filed these cases, challenging the FBR policy on increments award.

All of these complaints are field in recent year and the department yet had not filed its response on the cases.
