FBR employee, Sajjad Haider had filed case about ‘extension of study leave’ while Muhammad Shafiq had lodged an application for ‘correction of date of birth’.

Sajjad had asked the tribunal to direct the board to grant him leave for study what employees had been availing at the board since many years.  He mentioned that it was necessary for his career and promotion at the board.
