ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) to hear two cases maintaining ‘promotion’ issue filed by the Federal Board of Revenue’s employees on Monday.
The FST bench comprising of two members, Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Muhammad Hamid, would hear the cases.
The FBR employees, Sajjad Ahmed and Saleem Akhtar had filed the petitions seeking relief against their complaints regarding their promotion.
Advocate Shabbir Ahmed would represent their case in FST, while FBR counsel would file department’s response before the bench.
