The counsel of above said ompany argued that at the end we decided to approach Federal Tax Ombudsman to interfere in this case and direct Regional Tax Office (RTO) Gujranwala authorities to clear our refund claims as early as possible. The counsel of Zipper International said that  Regional Tax Office should refund the excess collection at the end of year but failed to do so.

While on the other side Regional Tax Office representative argued that the appellant M/s Zipper International (Pvt) Ltd, has not submitted all the record in the Regional Tax Office on the basis the company is submitting its claim for refunds.
