FTO directs FBR to implement right of information law

KARACHI: Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) directs Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to implement the rule of right to assess information law.

According to this rule FBR is bound to report FTO within one month. Sources of FTO told Customs Today  theses directions were also passed by FBR in the recent past.
