WASHINGTON: Google has rolled out a new update to Gmail app “All Inboxes feature” for the android users. This new feature will allow the users to manage multiple email accounts from a single platform. And also the new feature will aggregate all the emails from Yahoo and Microsoft Outlook.

According to latest reports, the new update basically builds on many of the improvements which were introduced during the last major update of the Gmail service, which also included the support for other email accounts such as Outlook and Yahoo. This new update takes all of the previously released features even further by improving how the Gmail app is able to handle emails from various different types of accounts.

The all inboxes view allows users to see the emails that have been sent to them from other email providers in the all inboxes view. This is great news for those who use multiple email accounts, while previously, users needed to switch through their accounts manually, which wasted time and required them to remember different passwords of their email accounts. With the new feature, Google has made it much more convenient for users to view their emails from other services right on one platform.

And that’s not all, the new Gmail account is also supporting nested email threads from all other email accounts as well. This is another useful feature since the subject matter of longer emails can be viewed in a single thread without having the need to be opened if not considered necessary or that important.

This same feature is also available with Google’s email accounts as well, but in the new app update, this feature has also been extended to all non-Gmail accounts as well. According to reports, the new Gmail app update for Android has also added some nifty new features which includes auto complete and faster animations along with the ability to view larger attachments previews that are sent along with the email.

While the new Gmail app update for Android is all set to be launched very soon, the word has been heard on the release date of a similar update for iOS devices, which has left some of Google’s users wondering when they are going to be able to use the new Gmail app on their iOS devices. But, Google, has said that it does have plans to release the update for the iOS version of the Gmail app some time soon.
