ISLAMABAD: The Directorate General of Inland Revenue (IR) Intelligence and Investigation has made reasonable progress in a case against supermodel Ayyan Ali despite government pressure.

According to source, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has accessed all bank accounts of Ayyan Ali and others who used to provide money to her through different means and banking channels. Source further revealed that due to the government pressure, the department could not provide important details to the court as it would annoy a big personality of Sindh’s biggest political party.
