KARACHI: Federal government is planning to bring amendments in Customs Act 1969 Section 80 and 121. Sources in the Regional Tax Office are of the view that basic objective to bring these amendments is to get rid from C Declaration.
Sources further revealed that this decision was taken by the federal government after consultations with all the stake holders. Now these amendments are finalized and formal announcement will be made in near future in this regard.
