Gujranwala Customs Intelligence impounds two Toyota Vitz cars

SIALKOT: The Customs Intelligence and Investigation, Gujranwala has impounded two non-duty paid Toyota Vitz cars during an action.

Customs Intelligence Deputy Director Muhammad Anwar deployed a team under the command of Intelligence Officer Saeed Ahmed Farooqui at Lahore-Rawalpindi GT road to hold the smuggled items and vehicles

The team checked various vehicles on the road but two vehicles bearing Registration No. AAM-172 and AAN-427 were impounded as the driver of the vehicles could not show the documents regarding the legal import of the items.

After impounding the vehicles, these were shifted to Gujranwala Customs Intelligence office, besides referring the case to Customs Adjudication for further legal action.
