SIALKOT: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Gujranwala, has nabbed four human traffickers-cum-proclaimed offenders during raids in various areas.
Reportedly, FIA Deputy Director Khalid Anees constituted a team under the command of Inspector Waqar Awan. The team conducted raids in Gujranwala, Sialkot and Gujrat where it nabbed four human traffickers named Nabeel, Mian Khan, Inamullah Bhatti and Jamshed.
The suspects were involved in sending people to Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan etc. on fake visas and documents after extorting huge amounts from them. The team recovered fake visas, documents and stamps of various embassies from the possession of the accused. The FIA team registered cases against them and sent behind the bars.
