SIALKOT: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Gujranwala, Deputy Director Khalid Anees has directed the officials to cooperate with Customs officials deployed at Sialkot airport in order to curb smuggling and money laundering.
He issued these directions while chairing a meeting during his visit to Sialkot International Airport Limited (SIAL) along with Inspector Sajjad Bajwa.
The deputy director reviewed the security measures at airport and instructed officers and subordinate staff to keep an eye on every passenger, besides checking their travel documents thoroughly.
He said that all officers and staff should strive to eradicate money laundering and smuggling through airport. He said that all officers and officials should perform their duties honestly in larger interest of the country.
