S. duties on steel and aluminum imports. At close of trade, the Hang Seng index was up 0.3% at 30,180.10, while the Hang Seng China Enterprises index closed up 1.2% to 12,136.67. Turnover on the main board dropped 15% to HK$116.6 billion from the previous session.
