Hyderabad customs collects Rs 1.38m in November 2015

HYDERABAD:  The Hyderabad customs Dry port and sukkur division has collected Rs 1.38 million under the head of customs duties and taxes during month November 2015.S

Source told Customs Today that Hyderabad customs has collected Rs 257,333 in terms of sales tax Rs  1098,725 under the head of Federal Excise Duty (FED) and Rs 1,125 as withholding income taxes 25,805.

As per details,  The major tax sources were remained Sukkur division Pakistan state  oil, Rema cooking oil and Hyderabad dry port region crescent steel industries Noria bad Haji Ahsaan and co company and state ware house Hyderabad.

The Hyderabad Customs revenue collection team headed by collector Dr.Ahmed Mujtaba Memon, Additional Dry Port Umar Shafique, Deputy Collector Dry Prot Nafees Ahmed Khan, Principle appraiser Dry Port Riaz ur Rehaman and inspector Yaqoob Pasha.
