ISLAMABAD: Three division benches of Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear several tax references filed against Customs Appellate Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) on Thursday.
IHC division benches comprising Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah, Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, and Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb would hear the customs duty, income and sales tax matters.
M/s Capgas Private and PKP Kandanwari Limited, M/s Aftab Traders, M/s MND Exploration & Production Limited and M/s Telenor Pakistan Private Limited had challenged decision of ATIR before the court. Appellants challenging ATIR decision had filed multiple tax references.
M/s Wahaj Enterprises, M/s Awan CNG Re-Filling Corporation Private Limited and M/s Shalimar Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse Islamabad had filed tax references challenging decisions of customs appellate tribunal, Islamabad.
