IHC 3 benches to hear cases against Customs, IR Tribunals on Thursday

ISLAMABAD: Three division benches of Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear several tax references filed against Customs Appellate Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) on Thursday.

IHC division benches comprising Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah, Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, and Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb would hear the customs duty, income and sales tax matters.
