IHC adjourns cases against Customs Tribunal, IR Tribunal

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday adjourned hearing of couple of tax references filed against Customs Appellate Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue.

IHC division bench, comprising Justice Noor Ul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallha heard the cases filed and dated in office for setting new date of initiating arguments.

M/S United Express had approached the court against Customs Appellate Tribunal, and M/S Pak Telecom Mobile Limited had filed petition against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).

The court had adjourned hearing as the counsels for sides did not appear before the court. The court also remarked that counsels concerned must ensure presence before the court on next scheduled date of hearing.
