IHC adjourns hearing of cases filed against ATIR

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of cases filed against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).

A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah heard two customs references and directed the office to set their next date of hearing. The bench also directed the counsels in cases to ensure their presence on important hearing of next date.
