ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) division bench adjourned hearing of five tax references field against Inland Revenue Appellate Tribunal (ATIR).
IHC division bench comprised of Justice Shuakat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Athar Minallah heard the references.
Jammu Kashmir Co-operative Housing Society filed all tax references in IHC. The housing society challenged ATIR decision through tax references.
After hearing the initial arguments, the bench adjourned hearing till December 15. Advocate Rahat Shaheen Khokhar represented the case from Jammu Kashmir Co-operative Housing Society in the IHC.
