ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday adjourned a hearing of income tax matter filed by M/s Ruby Jewelers with direction to submit relating documents on the next date of hearing.
A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah heard the income tax matter filed by M/s Ruby Jewelers dated in the office. The appellant had challenged the ATIR decision before the bench.
Another bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb adjourned hearing of three customs reference filed by M/s Shalimar Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse Islamabad against Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad and officers of FBR. These cases would be relisted for resumption of hearing in coming weeks.
