IHC adjourns hearing of tax references filed by Ruby Jeweler, Shalimar Diplomatic Warehouse

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday adjourned a hearing of income tax matter filed by M/s Ruby Jewelers with direction to submit relating documents on the next date of hearing.

A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah heard the income tax matter filed by M/s Ruby Jewelers dated in the office. The appellant had challenged the ATIR decision before the bench.

These cases would be relisted for resumption of hearing in coming weeks.
