ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear three tax references on Thursday filed against Customs Appellate Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).
A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N. Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah will hear M/s United Express’s customs reference filed against Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad.
Another IHC bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan will hear two sales tax reference filed against ATIR. This reference had been filed by M/s Lafarge Pakistan.
Both the appellants had challenged decision of receptive tribunal before the IHC.
