IHC dismisses tax reference filed by Telenor against IR Tribunal

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) division bench dismissed a tax reference filed by Telenor Pakistan.

Telenor Pakistan challenged an ATIR decision of not granting stay in a case involving over Rs 3 billion. Telenor had filed the reference through its counsel Ali Sibtain Fazil and challenged ATIR dismissal of a stay application.
