IHC division bench will hear tax references filed against ATIR decisions

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday (today) would hear a couple of sales tax complaints challenging decision given by the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).

A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N. Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah will hear the sales tax case filed by commissioner Inland Revenue of the Federal Board of Revenue against the ATIR.
