ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday will hear two tax references filed against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue and Customs Appellate Tribunal.
These cases will be heard by a division benches of the IHC comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, as well as Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb.
Former bench would hear the income tax reference filed by M/s Infertility Services (Private) Limited. The appellant had challenged an ATIR decision through the petition.
While the bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb would hear the customs duty reference filed by additional collector sales tax and federal excise duty against the ATIR.
