ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday issued notices to Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad, to appear before the court in cases filed by Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited.
A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard five customs references filed by Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited.
The bench issued notices with directions to submit replies in the customs references as per the law proposition filed by the company. Moreover, the bench dated the case in office for setting further date of hearing.
