IHC issues notice to Customs Appellate Tribunal in cases filed by PTCL

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday issued notices to Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad, to appear before the court in cases filed by Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited.

A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard five customs references filed by Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited.
