IHC issues notice to SCGG Pakistan on petition filed by Commissioner Income Tax

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to SCGG Pakistan (Private) Limited on a petition filed by Commissioner Income Tax, Rawalpindi.

The bench comprising Justice Shuakat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Athar Minallah heard the petition.

As the proceedings started, Hafiz Munawar Iqbal, counsel of commissioner income, appeared before the bench while counsel SCGG Pakistan failed to appear in court.

Following this, the bench adjourned the hearing of the case after issuing the notice to respondent in the case. The case would be fixed for hearing before winter vacation.
