IHC issues notices to ATIR on Telenor’s request

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday issued notices to the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).

The IHC bench comprising Justice Noor-ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Aamer Farooq issued notices while hearing income tax references filed by Telenor Pakistan (Private) Limited.
