IHC to hear a reference against ATIR decision today

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) would hear a reference carrying complaint against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) and officers of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Tuesday (today).

A division bench of the IHC, comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, would hear the case filed by Ch Muhammad Asif. Asif had challenged an ATIR decision carrying a decision given in favor of the RTO regarding recovery of outstanding tax amount under the head of income tax.
