ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) has accepted a petition for early hearing of a complaint against Customs Appellate Tribunal.
Petitioner, Muhammad Zubair, through his counsel Qazi Ghulam Dastgir, had made CAT, Islamabad respondent in the case.
As the court commenced, the petitioner counsel argued for early hearing of the case. Upon hearing the arguments, the Court accepted the petition and directed the office to set hearing date for the case before winter vacation. IHC division bench comprised of Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Shuakat Aziz Siddiqui heard the case.
