ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) to hear dozens of cases relating to the sales and income tax matters out of which many were filed by officers of Regional Tax Office (RTO) against different parties on Monday (today).
A division bench of IHC comprising Justice Noorul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Aamer Farooq would hear the petitions involving claims of billions of rupees.
Among them are the petitions filed by commissioner income tax, against M/S Dhan Wanhar, Colliery Munara District Chakwal, commissioner Inland Revenue, Islamabad’s taxation complaints against Pak Telecom Mobile Limited, Honing Pharmaceuticals , Paktel Limited and others.
Meanwhile, the court would also hear petitions filed against officer bearers of RTO and LTU. Army Welfare Trust had approached court through a petition nominating LTU officials as respondents and its hearing was scheduled to be held on Monday (today).
