ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) would hear a couple of tax references involving Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) on Monday.
A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani would hear a reference filed by M/s Awan CNG Re-Filling Corporation (Private) Limited against ATIR.
Another division bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb would hear two tax references filed against ATIR by Pepsi Cola International (Private) Limited. Both the appellants had challenged the ATIR decisions before the court.
