IHC will hears four cases filed against ATIR today

ISLAMABAD: Two division benches of Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear four tax matters on Wednesday (today) filed against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) and Customs Appellate Tribunal (CAT).

IHC division bench comprising Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Athar Minallah will hear the income tax matter filed by M/s Ruby Jeweler. The appellant had chalellenged ATIR decision before the bench.
