Investigations against Ayyan Ali heading towards conclusion

ISLAMABAD: Directorate General Inland Revenue Intelligence and Investigations authorities are heading towards conclusion of the ongoing investigations against super model Ayyan Ali.

Sources told Customs Today that during investigations it was revealed that a renowned personality of Sindh, Mustafa Memon, is allegedly involved in this scam. Director General Intelligence and Investigation Haroon Tareen directed the investigation team, headed by Dr Bashir Ullah, to complete the investigations and submit the final challan of the case.

Sources said that Mustafa Memon is alleged front man of former president Asif Ali Zardari. Sources also said that Mustafa Memon married thrice and also look after the financial matters of Asif Ali Zardari.

Sources said that the money which was given to Ayyan Ali was transferred in her mother’s account who has very strong ties with Mustafa Memon. Authorities are also investigating from Mustafa Memon about all individuals whom the money was being given by him.

Sources said that now the investigations are expanding on different directions and it is expected that some big names will also be included in final challan of the case.
