ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday adjourned the hearing of a case filed against the Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO).
A single bench of the IHC comprising Justice Athar Minallah heard the case and adjourned it for lacking submission of relevant documents.
The judge directed the parties to submit related documents and dated the matter in the office for scheduling further date of hearing.
Appellant Kausar Arshad, through Advocate Umair Baloch, had filed the petition. The appellant had raised ‘service’ matter before the court against FTO.
